Ulu o Tokelau Meets Samoa's Prime Minister

The Ulu o Tokelau Aliki Faipule Afega Gaualofa met with the Prime Minister Tuilaepa Sailele Malielegaoi to convey the Government and people of Tokelau’s well wishes for his re-election as Samoa's leader.

Faipule Afega spoke with the Prime Minister about Samoa's close relationship with Tokelau. The Ulu o Tokelau was positive with the invitation from the Prime Minister for the upcoming Samoa Independence celebrations. The Leaders also discussed issues pertaining to the Polynesian Leaders Group (PLG) which Tokelau currently is the Chair.

Faipule Afega also presented some gifts from Tokelau.
