PB Matua Extend its Transporting Service as New Boat Delays Arrival

PB Matua adrift in Tokelau waters
The Pacific Basin’s Matua (PB Matua) will look to continue on serving Tokelau as the new transporting vessel is delay in its arrival.
 
The PB Matua has been Tokelaus main transportation to Tokelau since July 2012 under the New Zealand and Tokelau arrangement.
 
The new vessel, MV Mataliki’s deliverance of its services has been postponed to May of next year.
 
The previous schedule was for the MV Mataliki to sail on its first voyage to Tokelau in March of next year.
