Applications are invited for a qualified and experience Senior Human Resource
Adviser at The Office of the Taupulega, Nukunonu, Tokelau to:
  • provide advice on HR matters through the establishment of an HR Manual;
  • establish and manage personal files of all employees;
  • attend to individual HR issues;
  • lead the performance management system of the organisation;
  • facilitate the recruitment process; and
  • write up job descriptions (JDs) for new established positions and update old ones.

Qualification and Experience

Applicants must have a minimum qualification:
  • diploma in human resource management or qualification in related areas from a tertiary Institution;
  • at least 3-4 years work experience in a human resource environment in an organisation of say 100 - 200 employees or human resource management experience.
Employment package and employment conditions are subject to Tokelau Public
Service Manual or negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.

The position if contracted, is for 3 years and based in Nukunonu, Tokelau.
