Passports
ALL residents in Tokelau, young and old MUST have a valid passport to travel outside Tokelau. If you are planning to travel and your passport is due to expire in less than 6 months, you need to renew your passport. Keep it in a dry place. Please do not tamper with your passport in any way or attempt to fix it if it’s peeling. All foreign visitors who wish to travel to Tokelau must apply to obtain an entry permit to enter Tokelau. Contact us 1 month before your intended visit. Support Services is responsible for the processing of permit applications and subsequent issuing of all such permits upon receipt of approval to visit from the appropriate village.
